These services are provided on the basis that no more than 12 meters of cabling will be used.

We can identify where the fault is, If it's a network fault we can provide a report to your Provider

(B.T or others) to avoid hefty charges at (£120 +) from companies like Open reach.

If the fault is within your premises we can resolve this for a additional charge approx £15 applies.
